IN CASE OF LOSS, PLEASE RETURN
TO PARADISE...
I have always been very interested in the concept of paradise as being a
counter-image of the miseries of human civilization.
Within this research I want to
investigate on this theme both theoretically and practically.
In am interested in the
historical appearance of a paradise-like place - as one will notice often related to religion and/or the concept of a fertile garden, and further I concentrate on the term paradise describing "the better" which is yet to come and investigate on utopia, the ideal state, the ultimate love.
I am not so interested in paradise as heaven as the here-after-world.
I only have vague experiences of paradise myself, lots of them situated in my childhood, others only on a temporal base - if (something close to) paradise exists, and if it's (non) existence is desirable, I do not know.
But I do believe that the search for and commitment to paradise creates great power and inspiration.
Paradise is lost - hail to paradise!
