Dear sirs/madams
Non-diciplinary was a word I used to describe myself once at an apass intro week. Some people seemed to appreciate this word.
I will use it.
I am non-disciplinary and I am here in Apt to sort some things out. Or not. Well, we don't know. Which is the very relieving aspect of this research.
People think that fluidity is a desirable state of being. I'm sorry to dissapoint you but being non-disciplinary is very difficult. Non-disciplinaries die younger, I'm quite sure.
Quote from research plan:
A deep urge to question everything, ever since I was little, in combination with my disqualification of scientfic (and other) truths, has led me into seemingly insoluble contradictions, swept away the stable ground beneath me,
and left me hanging in between equally (in)valid polarities, without knowing which leg to stand on.
Polarities:
Dancing - Thinking
You can theorize this opposition. You can romanticize the ephemeral and non-intellectual nature/essence of dance...
You can also question this opposition.
You can also live this opposition.
And perhaps question your living it.
Oh my god this mind-body thing is so old. What do you think, you're going to resolve this in your apt year?
Yes that is precisely what I will do. I will resolve the mind-body opposition once and for all, so that no more research will ever have to be made in the world. Ever. And then we can just dance (joke). And joke.
