Dedicated mentors are artists, theoreticians or practicians who are familiar with the a.s training program - typically they are / have been workshop organizers of a.s. They are experienced in artistic research and have the history, skills and openness to attend to a variety of different research approaches. They engage themselves to follow the participants' trajectory during one block and they meet with the participants at least in the beginning and at the end of the block. Their own practice, experience and background are the starting-point for their mentoring sessions.
